The product has a manufacturing defect discovered upon first use.
In these situations, we will take full responsibility and arrange for a return, exchange, or refund according to your preference.

If you discover damage, missing parts, or defects on arrival, contact us immediately upon receiving the shipment.
After 7 days, we can only assist through our warranty service (if applicable), not through a return or refund.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
Packed in the original crate or packaging with all manuals, accessories, and certificates included
Securely protected to avoid further damage during the return shipment

Send an email to info@tinsdalemarine.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, product model, serial number, and a clear explanation of the problem.

Return Authorization
Our support team will review your case quickly.
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
No return will be accepted without a valid RAN.
Ship the Product Back
Carefully repack the item in its original crate or a secure equivalent.
Ship it using the method we provide (in most cases, we will arrange pickup through our logistics partners).
Make sure the RAN is clearly marked on the crate.
Inspection and Confirmation
Once received, our technical team will inspect the returned item.
If it meets our return conditions, the refund or replacement process will begin immediately.
After your return is approved, you can choose between:
Full Refund
We will refund the full product price to your original payment method (bank transfer). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement
If you prefer, we can send a brand-new replacement of the same model (or an upgraded model if agreed) at no extra cost.
Store Credit
